About Price Quotes

Please note that your price quote is valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance. This quoted price reflects the costs of all pre-operative and post-operative surgical visits with Dr. Iyengar, anesthesia fees, facility fees at the surgery center, implant costs, and special equipment fees if applicable (including Renuvion, Exparel, or other items necessary for your operation). Tests are billed separately at your own cost.

Full payment for cosmetic surgery is due in full 21 calendar days before the scheduled surgical date. Get more details on our financial policy page.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

PolicyShould you choose to cancel or reschedule your planned surgery within four (4) weeks of your scheduled surgical date, you will forfeit your 20% deposit. If you request a refund of any or all of your paid surgical fees when the cancellation or rescheduling request is made more than four (4) weeks before your surgical date, 5% of your refund amount will be withheld as an administrative fee.

Revisionary Procedure Policy

On rare occasions, a revisionary procedure may be necessary to achieve the desired outcome. If both you and Dr. Iyengar determine that a revision is necessary and reasonable within one year of the original surgery, Dr. Iyengar may choose to waive a portion of his personal surgeon’s fee for the revision procedure.

However, you remain fully responsible for the facility fee and anesthesiologist fee associated with the revision surgery, as these entities operate independently of Dr. Iyengar.

For breast surgery patients, any additional breast implant fee for new implants and all associated pathologist’s fees related to the revision procedure will also be your responsibility.
